The apartment is very spacious, organized and clean.
Leisure area pool for collective use very small, the barbecue is in the pool area and it is necessary to schedule a time to use it, we prefer not to use it.

The location of the apartment is excellent, just 5 blocks from Ensenada de Guarujá beach, it is excellent. The apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful table and armchairs to enjoy with the family. It has 4 rooms.
Clearly there is a lack of good maintenance work on the services of the place, the oven in the kitchen does not work, the coffee maker had a broken jug, and the pots were very mistreated. The beds have plastic mattresses, like those in hospitals, which are very uncomfortable and hot.
